* 15-32 guests: additional $100 / Night USD per guest
Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter/Holy week. 10-day minimum for Christmas, 7-day minimum for Easter):
* 14 guests or fewer: $2000 / Night USD
* 15-32 guests: additional $100 / Night USD per guest
Wedding & Special Event Fee:
An additional Event Fee will be assessed for special events with 33-150 guests according to following schedule. If you rent Casa Iguana for:
* 7-days or more the special event fee is $2000 USD
* 5-days the special event fee is $2500 USD
* 4-days the special event fee is $3000 USD
* 3-days the special event fee is $3500 USD
* 2-days or less the special event fee is $5000 USD.
Spring Break
* 7+ day rental: $100/Night (USD)/ per person for up to 32 guests.
There is a $300 per person refundable “Damage & Theft” deposit required during Spring Break. This Damage & Theft deposit is due 10 days prior to your first rental day. Upon approved inspection, your original check will be returned to you the day after your departure.
Tipping the Staff:
The staff at Casa Iguana will work very hard to make sure your stay is comfortable and exceeds your expectations. Please remember to tip the staff at the end of your stay, as it is customary in Mexico.
