Description:Villa Deanna has fantastic ocean views and located in the gated community of Pedregal, the most desirable and secure area in Cabo San Lucas, Villa Deanna is one of our nicest rentals. The minute you walk in you notice the little touches that make this home something special.
With over 3000 square feet you know you won’t be tripping over each other. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a private separate entrance.
The villa has a spectacular view of Cabo San Lucas Bay and if so conveniently located that it is a mere 5 minute walk to town. The gorgeous large swimming pool has loads of deck space and loungers so you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the Mexican sun. The jacuzzi will easily accommodate 8 people.
The villa also has high speed internet access as well as a wireless LAN for you to surf or email by the pool or anywhere else in the house.

Activities: The many beaches offer opportunities for snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, and windsurfing. Diving, kayaking, and sailing can also be arranged. Whale watching is popular along the mid-Baja coastline and tours depart regularly from Los Cabos. Golf is a major sport thanks to a process that recycles purified waste water and uses it to irrigate the greens and fairways. There are at least six courses between the two Cabos. Golfers play against a backdrop of rugged seaside scenes and desert terrain. The tee shot at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Palmilla course, must carry over a cactus filled arroyo. The same canyon wraps around the front of the green as well.
