Description:Our beautiful family owned villa is located only 10 mins from WDW and close to many other attractions such as Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure.
Our home from home is comfortably furnished and equipped with all the amenities to make your stay more pleasurable. We have installed ceiling fans in all living areas, as well as the bedrooms, to provide extra cooling in addition to full air conditioning. Our home also features a large lanai with light and ceiling fan allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining - this is also the spot for a well earned drink at the end of the day or to shelter from the occasional tropical rain shower!
Our home includes the following:
LIVING AREA - cable TV, CD player, 2 large comfortable sofas (including Queen sized sofa bed).
DINING AREA - formal dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people.
KITCHEN - fully fitted with all the utensils you will need plus a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.
BREAKFAST NOOK - table and 4 chairs (3 more available in bedrooms)overlooking the pool and conservation area.
DOUBLE GARAGE - including large washer and dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM - King sized bed with matching bedside table lamps, dresser and mirror, cable TV and large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers.
ENSUITE MASTER BATHROOM - large walk-in shower, corner bath tub, 2 washbasins and toilet.
SECOND BEDROOM - Queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest and mirror, cable TV and very large closet with hangers.
THIRD BEDROOM - Two single beds, chest of drawers with lamp, cable TV and very large closet with hangers.
FAMILY BATHROOM - With shower/bath, washbasin and toilet. Also includes a cupboard housing spare towels.
Activities: POOL AREA - Fully screened with large sun deck and large lanai furnished with table and chairs plus 4 matching sunloungers. Fully private area as it backs on to a conservation area with a large variety of trees and wildife. The lanai is well equipped with light and ceiling fan allowing use in the shade from the hottest sun as well as the occasional rain shower. Also delightful in the evening as the pool light allows late night swims.
All linen and towels are provided.
Country Creek Estates is an established, quiet, well laid out residential community, just a few mins away from Hwy 192 where you will find a 24hour Walmart as well as a large range of restaurants and other shops.
Within a few minutes drive there are many other supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls.
Our villa is easily accessible from Orlando International Airport (20 mins) and Sandford Airport (30 mins via the Greenway)

Deposit £200/$200 per week with balance 8 weeks before arrival.
Daily rates (min 3 days) pro rata plus £30/$60 cleaning charge. Weekly rates include cleaning.
Payment by cheque in either £ Sterling or US $.
Discount for longer periods.
