An EXECUTIVE luxury villa which has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. (You could say that you have found a way to extract ''gold'' here in Orlando, Florida.)
Villa ''EUREKA'' was born in 2004 and is a 5 bedroom Executive Luxury villa and built in the secure gated community of 'Grand Reserve' (just off County Rd 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) And back on to the banks of Lake 'Thomas' in a wetland conservation area, where you will be surrounded by nature not neighbors. (No back to back housing here)
The views from the pool deck are stunning and have been described as
"Something to die for"
But please don''t take our word for it, come and see for yourself......
You will have exclusive use of your own SCREENED private pool and Jacuzzi spa. (pool heating means that the pool is available all year around).
Please remember that whilst smoking is not permitted inside the villa, we do welcome your pets, for which we make no extra charge for their vacation. (please note however, a small refundable deposit of $300 is taken against pet damage and soiling.) This is fully refundable

All villas are fully furnished and equipped, facilities include air-conditioning, T.V. Cable, Video, DVD, phone, Stereo, The Kitchen includes, Microwave Dishwasher, Ice Maker, and all utensils. a fully equipped laundry room c/w Washer and Dryer, Linen is provided, jetted tub in bath, hot tub and private pool, garage and Bar B-Q rental also Available.
After a day at DISNEY etc. the ''hot tub'' is probably the first place you will want to head for.....

Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and can be converted at the current exchange rate at the time of booking.

RENTAL RATES:
Single Season.
$875.00 per week or ($125 per day).
Jan 1 to December 11 (excluding EASTER fortnight)
Peak Season.
$1,295.00 per week ($185 per night(minimum rental 7 nights).
December 12 to December 31 also (Easter and Thanks-giving weeks.)
Please be advised the same family also own the villa on listing v.r.u.l. 1943. So we can therefore accommodate up to 23 of your Family and friends in 2 villas that are close by to each other.
(Please be advised all rates are subject to change without notice. Once confirmed and paid, we will hold this price for up to 12 months.
Activities: LET'S FACE IT ! If it isn't in Orlando then it probably haven't been invented yet. But some of the activities, to say the least are: - Golf, Hiking Biking, Tennis, Raquetball, Fitness Centres Gym shuffle board, Minature Golf, Amusement parks, fishing, Horseback riding, shopping Restaurants and Morrrrrrrrre ! !
