Lake Berkley Resort, built in 2001, is a gated community, in a premier location, surrounded by wooded areas and orange groves. New luxury townhome is situated in a Mediterranean style village setting which is both beautiful and tranquil. The interior of 1617 square feet (150.2 square meters) is designed for spacious comfort and relaxation while on vacation. Beautifully upscale furnished Townhome contains two master suites (with king size beds), one queen bedroom, one twin bedroom, a formal living room and dining room. One of the master suites, can be locked out from the rest of the unit for additional privacy and selective access.
Have fun at the lovely clubhouse, just steps away. Workout in it's well equipped exercise room. Enjoy playing an exciting game of tennis or volleyball followed by a refreshing splash in the swimming pool! You will delight in the beautiful tropical setting. Unwind with a stroll on the lakeside nature trail where there are grills for a lakeside barbecue.
