Upon passing through the gates, you will experience a true sense of peace and harmony with nature. Pleasing streetscapes are lined with ancient oak tree preserves, providing shade as well as a taste of Florida's natural beauty. Sparkling lakes provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys, and blue heron.

This brand-new, luxury, lakefront home (built in 2002) is beautifully furnished and has all of the comforts you need for a wonderful family vacation. After a short drive home from any of Central Orlando’s major attractions, relax in the heated pool while enjoying an unobstructed view of the lake and Cumbrian’s teeming wildlife. We added a fourth bathroom and shower in the pool area for your convenience. Each of the homes four beautiful bedrooms has a private entrance to one of the three other baths. The master bathroom has an over-sized corner tub, separate stand up shower and dual sinks. There are two master bedrooms, and two bedrooms with double twin beds. The kids will look forward to going to sleep in our Dinsney themed kids bedroom. We have a large, 30-foot by 15-foot pool area with fountain, and lots of patio furniture - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks. During the evenings, if you are not relaxing in the screened in pool room, you and the children can enjoy television, music or Nintendo games under the vaulted ceilings of the home’s spacious living area.



Cumbrian Lakes' location is very convenient to all of the popular Kissimmee activities and just off the 192. All of the Disney Attractions are on 192. We are 10 minutes from Disney World. We are 10 minutes from Seaworld. We are 5 minutes from Downtown Disney and Celebration. We are less than 5 minutes from great shopping at a large mall and Super Wal-Mart. We are also within 5 minutes from many restaurants and theme dinner attractions like Medieval Times( 4 miles away). Cumbrian Lakes is on Poinciana Drive, which is about a 2 minute drive from 192. Poinciana Drive is between mile markers 10 and 11, on 192.



On the outside of the house, we had a bit of landscaping done too. Shrubs were planted on both sides of the pool area to provide extra privacy.



Our management company is located within 5 minutes from the house and is available 24x7.
