Description:If you are looking for peace, quiet and the beach as it used to be without the neon lights and commercial stuff...this brand new, two story cottage is the ticket!
Interior looks like it just jumped out of Coastal Living Magazine...with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, white-wood walls, and half bath on first level. Kitchen is fully equipped and open to the lofty living room where you can relax with a book or watch your favorite movie. Bedroom is large with a queen-size bed draped with mosquito netting...a comfortable chair,a full bath, and French doors opening to a Juliet balcony where you can catch a peek of the GULF OF MEXICO and the surrounding Cypressheads while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and watch the sunset.
This interesting cottage adjoins the Top'sl Wildlife Preserve and is just a few blocks from the beach. A paved bike trail begins at the end of the road which leads to the beach or toward Grayton, Seaside and Rosemary.
Do not be surprised if you see deer, owls, herons, and hawks, hear coyotes, bobwhites, and whipperwhils, and smell and hear the surf as it pounds on our lovely, white sand which is just minutes away. Your senses will be overwhelmed at night when you sit in the HOT TUB..watch shooting stars and hear the frogs in the cypresshead...THIS WEEKS TEMPS...warm..Built in 2002, this cottage invites you with its soothing, new, and clean lines. If you are tired of those same old condominium experiences..give us a try..
