Description: Relax at our family-oriented condominium nestled in a court yard setting complete with grills and barbecue area poolside. Large deck, perfect for enjoying the sun, the view or outdoor dining. Located on the second floor in a beautiful gulf front low-rise complex, it is only steps to the white sandy beach and emerald waters. This is a kick back-take your shoes off-enjoy your family kind of place. One of the few small complex's left on PC Beach. Park in front of the condo and walk up the stairs to the second floor. No fancy elevators here. You'll enjoy the view of Thomas Drive, the courtyard and the pool. In a few short steps you'll be walking in the sugar white sand and enjoying the gulf breeze.

It is tastefully decorated, has mirrored walls, ceiling fans, a private master bedroom with a queen size bed. The queen sofa sleeper can accommodate two people. It has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

Enjoy seeing beautiful sunsets and walking on the beach. This rental is a great value for your family vacation. We have many repeat visitors. We have been told it's like a home, away from home! Come see for yourself and enjoy the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!"

Nautical Watch is a great family complex with a wonderful tropical pool area that offers a unique shaped pool, grilling area, restrooms, & lounge chairs. This low rise townhome style offers a much more comfortable & friendly atmosphere than most hi rise complexes or hotels.

The famous Schooners Restaurant is just a one mile walk down the beach toward the east, and it's three miles west to Spinaker, and four miles west to Pineapple Willy's... Right in the perfect location. Montego Bay, Boat Yard, Saltwater Grill, Angelos Steak House, Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's, and many other great restaurants all just down the street.

St.Andrew's State Park, Golf Courses, Go Carts, & Shipwreck Island right down the road. Jimmy & Janet are right out front on the beach with cabana style beach chairs & umbrellas for rent - they also offer seadoo rental, banana boat rides & can arrange other activities such as parasail rides & boat excursions.
